PEMF mat + soothing infrared warmth

HigherDOSE’s infrared PEMF mat combines pulsed electromagnetic fields with far-infrared heat. Settle in, let your body rest and enjoy a quiet moment away from the demands of the day. Our team helps select comfortable settings for your session.

The four PEMF programs are named for frequency bands also used to describe brain activity. The labels can help explain the manufacturer’s intended relaxation or focus theme; they do not mean the mat measures or guarantees a particular brain state.

A simple guide to the five main brain-wave bands

Brain-wave band Approximate range Common association HigherDOSE program
Delta 0.5–4 Hz Deep sleep Level 1 · 3 Hz
Wind-down theme
Theta 4–8 Hz Drowsiness and early sleep; also involved in memory Level 2 · 7.8 Hz
Meditation / grounding theme
Alpha 8–13 Hz Relaxed wakefulness, often with eyes closed Level 3 · 10 Hz
Relaxed, awake theme
Beta 13–30 Hz Alert wakefulness and active thinking Level 4 · 23 Hz
Focus theme
Gamma Above 30 Hz Higher-frequency activity involved in perception and cognitive processing No Gamma program among these four settings

Brain activity is complex: several frequency bands can occur together, and ranges vary slightly between references. PEMF settings are not a diagnosis or a promise to change mood, sleep or cognition.

Rouge · Full-body light

Red + near-infrared light therapy

Our full-body Rouge panel makes light therapy a comfortable, convenient part of your self-care routine. A broad treatment area provides coverage across larger parts of the body during a guided session.

Red light acts closer to the skin surface, while near-infrared light generally reaches deeper tissue. Light-based wellness and recovery effects depend on the wavelength, dose and treatment goal.

Our standard for a premium session

Full-body coverage, thoughtful positioning and a session plan suited to your goals. We focus on appropriate exposure and consistency, with staff guidance throughout.

Normatec · Dynamic compression

Give tired legs some attention

Normatec boots use air-filled chambers that inflate and release in a coordinated sequence, creating a rhythmic compression massage. Sessions can support circulation, lymphatic fluid movement and recovery, while helping legs feel refreshed.

Tell us where you feel heaviness or post-activity fatigue. We will assess whether compression is appropriate and choose a comfortable session plan.

Lymphatic support means helping fluid move through the body’s existing drainage pathways. It is not a promise to remove toxins, cause fat loss or treat unexplained swelling.

Your wellbeing, your pace

Whether your goal is a restful pause, a recovery routine or simply time for yourself, we will listen and help you choose a suitable experience. These services complement everyday wellbeing and do not replace medical or mental-health care.

Before your first session

Can I combine services?

Ask us about a wellness visit combining suitable options. We will review your goals and health history, then plan the order, duration and settings for you.

Is every service suitable for everyone?

We screen before treatment. Please tell us about pregnancy, implanted electronic devices, circulation or clotting conditions, skin sensitivity, medications and recent procedures. Your provider will advise which services are appropriate.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing is a good starting point. Our team will explain any preparation and clothing needs for the services you choose when you book.
